My boyfriend and I marked our 2nd anniversary together by having a 'couples shoot' at Maria's studio. Maria was fantastic, and made it really enjoyable. All the images are lovely; it was very hard to choose. I will be in touch with her again next year for the next one!

My business partner and I booked Maria to take our publicity shots for marketing purposes - it was the most fun we'd had with our clothes on!! As there were so many great photos, it was a much harder decision than originally envisaged; obviously down to the quality of the photographer and her ability to work with some pretty ropey subject matter! Maria, thanks so much for the brilliant photos from our family portrait session and of course we want them all, but have managed to narrow it down to about half! Really pleased with them; you even got David smiling! Can't wait to receive our order, Love Violet.
I booked a photography session with Lace Market Photography for myself, partner and our chocolate labrador, Bailey. I knew it wasn't going to be easy to get some good shots as Bailey is a very lively dog and not easy to control. However, Maria showed great patience and above all a real flare for seizing the moment with him. We never felt rushed and even had a lot longer than the hour we had originally booked.
When we received the photos we were amazed; there were so many natural photographs of us all, which is what we were looking for, as well as the poses. It took us quite sometime before we had chosen the ones for print and there was never any pressure put on us to buy. Eventually we did purchase a lot of pictures and they now sit framed and hanging proudly in our living room reminding us of a very special and enjoyable experience.
We were so impressed with Maria that I contacted her about photographing our wedding day, but unfortunately she doesn't do weddings.

Thank you so much, the photos are just lovely. I so often dislike myself in photos - you know how these things go, I'm sure a lot of people say that, but I really think you've caught my "best self", and I feel really good about submitting these to the publisher. All my friends remarked on what a good shoot it was too; everyone had different favourites which is surely testament to your skill. For my part I wish I could look like No.15 all the time! I was quite apprehensive before the session with my three sons as the two youngest (2 and 4) are not the best at behaving, but Maria had endless patience which she definitely needed when the 4 year old started playing up. She was extremely calm and didn't let his tantrum faze her.
She met the challenge head on and came up with some excellent shots which make me smile each time I pass them on my hallway wall.

I wasn't sure what to expect from the photo shoot, not having had one before, but Maria put me at ease right away. She was so friendly and encouraging that by the end of the session I felt really good, and my portfolio looks great!

My family have had portrait sessions previously but having booked Maria after the addition of my third child we would definitely go back to her again. Her images are the best we've ever had taken, and in fact we are already planning another shoot for next year, this time on location at the seaside.

I booked Maria for a portrait session with our new puppy and was so impressed with her patience and the time she spent with us. The images were all so lovely that we had one big panel of five photos and chose another image which Maria produced as Christmas cards for us.
A year later, sadly we received the news that our puppy had a terminal illness and I contacted Maria again to see if she would do some more photos for us, now that she was nearly one. Not only did Maria make the time to come out to us the next day, but she refused to charge us. Again the images were all so gorgeous, and now even after Lillie has gone, we have all these beautiful pictures to remember her by.
What can I say, Maria, but a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart ....
